Please be advised that the Receiver, Patrick O’Keefe and Province, LLC (f/k/a O’Keefe and Associates Consulting, LLC) have filed pleadings with the Court to close the receivership proceeding in the case Securities and Exchange Commission v. Treasure Enterprises, LLC, et al.

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan has set a hearing on the submissions for July 27 at 9:30 a.m. in the courtroom of Judge Matthew F. Leitman, 231 W. Lafayette, Room 110, Detroit, Michigan, with any objections to be filed by June 26, 2026. All objections should be filed with the court, with a copy sent to Jay Welford, who is counsel to the receiver.
