The Court has filed a Third Amended Judgment which includes the court ordered restitution in the matter as to defendant Patricia E. Gray.  As a result of the order by the Court in regards to restitution, the Restitution Hearing previously scheduled for defendant Patricia E. Gray on March 9, 2022, 10:00 AM has been CANCELLED.

Regarding the restitution determination in the matter as to Larry A. Holley, parties continue to work together to submit a proposed stipulated order on restitution to the court.
